Qualifications:
1) Must have a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited American college or university;

2) A holder of a Masters Degree, preferably with a 15-30 semester hours in academic counseling, secondary education or a related discipline;

3) At least two years experience in adult education guidance counseling as evidenced by documented employment in the guidance office of a university, or education center.

4) With 24 hour credits in the following programs: a) Adult tests and measurement; b) Adult education; c) Educational program administration; d) curriculum development and design; e) Teaching methods; f) Guidance and counseling; g) career planning; h) occupational information.

5) Familiarity with office procedures, and education programs; WINDOWS, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access.

6) Other details: A minimum of 20 hours work per week. Each workday will be at 4 hours. The proposed time may be within (0800 hrs and 1300 hrs) which may include federal holidays, including 1200-1300 designated lunch period, Monday through Friday.
